The services provided by Rep Pass are on a month-to-month basis, without any contractual obligations.

The offices utilizing our platform provide their schedules, and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. With our platform, you can make bookings up to 12 months in advance!

You can schedule as many appointments as you’d like, up to a year in the future. Our system will allow you to book 1 appointment type per account per month.

If a representative needs to cancel, they must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the time slot cannot be reused within the current calendar month.
